Joint Pain – Cayenne Pepper Cream

  • 2 T Cayenne Pepper
  • .5 C Olive Oil
  • .25 C Shea Butter
  1. Melt Shea Butter
  2. Add Olive Oil and Cayenne Pepper and mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes
  3.  Place mixture in blender and mix for 2 minutes (or use whisk for 5 minutes)
  4. Refrigerate again for 15 minutes
  5. Store cream in a clean dry jar that is labeled “Cayenne Joint Cream”

Gentle massage into affected joints with a circular motion.
