Ingredients
- 6 T Sugar (2.25 C)
- 4 T Water (1.5 C)
- 2 T Lemon Juice (3/4 C Lemon Juice)
- 2 T Honey (3/4 C )
Instructions
- In a pot mix together the sugar, water and lemon juice and heat on medium heat.
- When mixture boils decrease heat to low and stir in honey.
- Caramelize the mixture by continuing to heat until it reaches the “hard crack stage” of 310 F.
- Pour into silicon molds and let the candy harden before unmolding.
