Honey Hard Candy


  • 6 T Sugar (2.25 C)
  • 4 T Water (1.5 C)
  • 2 T Lemon Juice (3/4 C Lemon Juice)
  • 2 T Honey (3/4 C )


  1. In a pot mix together the sugar, water and lemon juice and heat on medium heat.
  2. When mixture boils decrease heat to low and stir in honey.
  3. Caramelize the mixture by continuing to heat until it reaches the “hard crack stage” of 310 F.
  4. Pour into silicon molds and let the candy harden before unmolding.
