Field Day is here again @ Quen Right Colonies in Spencer, Ohio (near Medina, Ohio)
The event starts 10 a.m. promptly, come early to register at 9:30 am. Featured speakers will be talking about the new “Saskatraz” Honey Bee that has all of th positive and very few negative characteristics an ideal honey bee should have.
There will be classes on Beginner Beekeeping, Apatherapy, Oxalic Acid Demo, Colony Splits, Swarm Commander Field Test, How to create a Monster Colony and a Farm Tour. Lunch tickets will be pre-sold or bring a lunch/picnic and eat on the grounds.
As an extra bonus see an Alpaca be sheared!
This is a free event for the whole family sponsored by LCBA and Queen Right Colonies (QRC).
Come and bring a friend and don’t forget your veil. Parking will be available in the west field or at the QRC blue warehouse west of the farm and walk to the event.
