Step By Step Instructions
- Place several chunks of Chaga in a pot then fill pot with water.
- Bring water to boil and simmer for 10 minutes then check color of the water. It should be a medium to dark yellow color. If the color is too light add another chunk of Chaga and simmer another 10 minutes.
- Pour out a cup or two of tea. Let the pot with the Chaga and water sit on the counter. When you want another cup of tea just add water to fill the pot up and reheat it on the stove.
- The cooling and reheating process can be done for a week or two or 3 until the color of the tea gets to be a very light yellow color. This indicates the Chaga chunks need to be replaced and the process started over.
