The Diablo is a double-barrel legal 4″ long 12 gauge shotgun. Its legal only due to the fact that its a muzzle loading gun and does not take standard shotgun shells.
Pros
- You can legally own a “sawed-off” shotgun
- The rapid spread of the shot pattern due to the short barrel length makes this a good “close quarters” gun
- You control the recoil and blast power by how much gunpowder you lead it with (note: muzzle velocity’s over 700 f/s produce significant recoil)
- You decide what type of ballistic material is shot from the gun (buckshot, pellets, slugs, rock salt, nuts and bolts etc)
- Reasonably priced at under $150 for the basic model
Cons
- You only have 2 shots and fast reloading is not an option
- Difficult to conceal
