Pizza – Yogurt Dough

Ingredients

  • Frying pan with lid
  • 2 oz (50 grams) of cooking oil
  • 5.3 ounces (150 grams) of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 5.3 ounces (150 grams) of Yogurt
  • Pizza toppings like onions, pepperoni, mushrooms ect.
  • 4 oz. (110 grams) of Mozzarella cheese

 

Directions

  1. Combine flour and Baking Powder in a bowl and mix well

    Flip when golden brown

  2. Add the yogurt
  3. Mix well and kneed into dough
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes
  5. Roll out flat into an 8″ (20 cm) disk
  6. Heat up frying pan THEN pour some cooking oil onto pan
  7. Place dough into pan and fry until bottom is a light golden brown then flip to cook top side

    Add pizza toppings

  8. When other side is just starting to turn golden brown remove from heat and add tomato sauce and other pizza toppings
  9. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top
  10. Place back on low heat, cover pan so the heat will melt the Mozzarella cheese.  This should take between 3-5 minutes
  11. Let cool for several minutes, cut into slices and enjoy!
