Class Description:

Over the course of this hands-on experience, you’ll learn the basics of transforming fresh grapes and fruit into delicious, drinkable wine. Guided by an experienced winemaker, you’ll explore essential techniques—from fermentation and bottling to flavor balancing and aging—all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

You’ll learn step-by-step:
🧪 Fermentation basics – Discover how yeast transforms juice into wine and how to manage this crucial step.
🧼 Sanitation and equipment – Learn how to properly clean and use essential tools for safe, delicious results.
🥼 Racking and clarifying – See how to refine your wine by removing sediment and improving clarity.
🍷 Bottling and aging – Finish strong by bottling your wine and learning how aging enhances flavor and complexity.

No experience? No problem!
No experience or special equipment is required—just bring your enthusiasm and curiosity! You’ll leave the class with practical knowledge, detailed instructions to continue at home, as well as 4 bottles (1 gallon) of your own handcrafted wine to watch develop over time.
