Micro Rod & Bait-Casting Reel

Improvised fishing rods and “hand-lines” do work however they take a little time to get used to fishing that way.  For those that want the familiarity of a traditional rod and reel with the compactness of our “mini” and “micro” fishing tackle our “Micro Rod and Reel” set is for you.  The nearly 3 ft. long rod stores in a “pen-sized” case only 8″ long… and the plastic reel is only 3″ wide and about 2″ high!  Just wind your favorite weight line onto the reel, assemble the rod and you’re ready to go.  This is a very small collapsible rod and REALLY small reel.  In fact, the reel is SO SMALL that altho it works just fine to catch fish, its small size almost makers it feel like a toy in your hand.

Micro Rod & Open-Face Reel

This “Open-Faced” Reel & Rod Combination is for the serious fisherman that wants to always have a rod and reel available and closely resembles and feels like a traditional full-sized rod and reel.  This combination also has a very small collapsible rod but this one extends to double the length of the Micro Rod (above).  This open-faced reel is also larger than the Bait-Casting reel (above) but also feels more like a full-sized rod and reel set.
