Joint Pain – Cayenne Pepper & Turmeric

  • 1 C Sunflower Oil
  • 1 T Turmeric (Curcumin Powered can be substituted for a stronger pain reliever)
  • 1 T Cayenne Pepper
  • .5 oz. Beeswax
  • .5 oz. Vitamin E oil
  1. Heat Sunflower Oil and add Turmeric and Cayenne
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Strain the mixture thru a cheese cloth keeping the oil and discarding the solids
  4. Return oil to heat and add the beeswax
  5. Heat and stir until bees wax is melted
  6. Add Vitamin E oil and stir until mixed
  7. Pour into clean containers and label.
