Joint Pain – Cayenne Ginger & Mustard Seed Cream

  • 8 oz. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 T Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 t grated Ginger
  • 2 T Mustard Seed
  • .5 oz Bees Wax
  • .5 oz Vitamin E oil
  1. Add all ingredients to a pot
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Add the bees wax  and continue to simmer until beeswax melts
  4. Add Vitamin E oil and simmer for 1 minute while stirring.
  5. Pour in clean jar with lid and label.
