Ion Micro Stove Burn Times

For ultra-light weight cooking I like to use the Licamp Ion Micro Stove (weights 44 grams) with a Titanium pot with lid.  The fuel canister (which fits into the pot) is the MSR “Isopro” All season fuel blend that contains 110 grams
(3.9 oz.) of fuel. Total weight of canister is 211 grams (7.4 oz) which is the weight I will use for the measurements.  I’ll  making the measurements in grams since we can get more defined weights rather than using ounces.
The most common question I get is “how long will the fuel last” which, of course, depends on how long you burn it for a meal.  To give you some idea I weighted the canister after each use and documented the meal or beverage I made.  The burning time  is less important than the meal I’m making  since that is what is most relate-able to me and not the “burn time” of each meal.  These test were done indoors at 70F so outdoor use with  a breeze will increase the usage by approx. 10%.
