Ingredients
- 3 C Flour
- 1 t Salt
- 2 t Baking Powder
- Water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Divide dough into 9 round balls and place on floured wax paper
- Heat up 1/4″ to 1/2″ vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet and heat the oil until it is just under smoking temperature
- Take each ball and stretch it flat into a “mini” pizza shape
- Place each into the hot oil and cook until golden brown
- Top with chili beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and sour cream
