Wine Making – Spring Homesteading Series

This class can be taken as a stand-alone class or part of the Homesteading Skills Series of Workshops we are presenting this weekend. .  In this morning 3 hour session you will gain the knowledge and hands on experience to go home and hake make home-made wine right in your own kitchen .  We will cover the basic of making Fruit, Dandelion and Mead wine and how you can adjust the alcohol content and sweetness/dryness of each bottle of wine you make.

Price: $50 + $20 Supply fee which covers a Wine Making Kit and Recipe booklet for you to take home
