Fall Cheese Making Class (part of the Homesteading Series)

This class can be taken as a stand-alone class or part of the Homesteading Skills Series of Workshops we are presenting this weekend. . This workshop will detail the process to make Mozzarella Cheese from store bought milk in less than 1 hour. We will then go one to learn the process of making Farmhouse Cheddar, Colby, Parmesans, Feta and Ricotta cheeses. During the class you will learn interesting facts about cheese and its long history.
Price is $50 + $5 Supply fee
