Fall Canning (Meat, Fruit & Vegetables) – Homesteading Series

This class can be taken as a stand-alone class or part of the Homesteading Skills Series of Workshops we are presenting this weekend. This Saturday morning workshop will cover all aspects of using mason jars to safely can meat, fruit and vegetables in your own kitchen. Both the Water Bath and Pressure Cooker methods will be covered and used in this hands=on workshop.
Price is $50 + $15 Supply fee
