Evening of Intro to Wine Making

This class is a collaboration between MNSI and the City of Hudson (Ohio) Community Adult Education Classes

This 2 hour class will introduce you to Wine Making and goes over the highlights of our 1/2 Day “hands-on” Wine Making Class (held on Sunday Nov. 13, 2016 from 9AM to 12:30 PM) and will give you the basic knowledge you will need to see if you want to pursue making wines such as Grape, Fruit, Dandelion and Mead wines. For your convenience

Wine Making Kits will be available at the class for $20 if you choose to buy one.

There are 5 ways to register for this Introduction to Wine Making Class…

1. Online Registration
This is your best choice!  Once you register online you are in the program!  Beginning as soon as get the course information CLICK HERE to go to Fall Programs then Adult Fall Programs.
Then Click here to navigate to the online registration page.  Once on the page click “Register for Activities”, the name of the current book, and then the heading of which your class is located.

2. In Person Registration
Stop by and see us during our normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.  Our office is located at 2440 Hudson Aurora Road.  Registration forms may be filled out ahead of time or at the office when you stop in.

3. Fax (330)653-1366
We like the “semi” old fashioned way.  Please remember you are not confirmed a spot until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from our office.  If paying by credit card, you may write your information at the bottom of the sheet or call it in.  You may call the office to confirm receipt of fax.  The registration form is available to download by clicking the button below.

4. Drop In Door
When the office is closed, you may drop off your registration by placing it in our mail box or through the slot in our front door.  We thank you for dropping off your registration, however, you are not registered until you receive your confirmation via email.  You may call to make sure we received your paperwork.  Please include your method of payment with your registration form (cash, check, or credit card).  The registration form is available to download by clicking the button below.

 5. Mail
Mailing in your registration form is still an option.  We are very pleased that you have mailed us your registration, however, you are not registered until you have received your confirmation via email.  If you don’t have email, give us a call to confirm and we will be happy to assist you.  Please remember it is called “snail-mail” and might take awhile.  Mail your registration and form of payment to HCER, 2440 Hudson Aurora Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236.  The registration form is available to download by clicking the button below.
