Cough Syrup (2 ingredients!)

This simple but effective cough and sinus clearing remedy will amaze you.  The onions can help your immune system as well as sinuses and coughs while the honey acts as a cough “loosener” and quieter.


  • 1 Whole Onions
  • 1  Honey


  1.  Slice onions into thin slices and place in dry frying pan
  2.  Pour enough honey over onions to cover them and turn heat to low
  3.  Simmer on low for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
  4.  Bottle and label


Take 1 T 5 times per day as you would any other cough syrup, store it in the refrigerator and do not give it to children under the age of 1 year old.
