Breakfast Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 t Cooking oil
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 t yeast
  • .83 C luke-warm milk (200 ml)
  • 2 C All-purpose flour
  • ½ t salt

 

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients is a large Pyrex measuring cup and mix well
  2. Add the 2 C flour and the ½ t salt and mix and kneed to make dough
  3. Cover cup with saran wrap and let dough rise for 1 hour
  4. Gently re-mix and then scoop dough into a pastry bag
  5. Lightly oil a fry pan
  6. Squeeze dollops of the dough from the pastry bag into the fry pan
  7. Cook until golden brown on both sides
