Ingredients
- 1 Egg

- 2 t Cooking oil
- 3 T sugar
- 1 t yeast
- .83 C luke-warm milk (200 ml)
- 2 C All-purpose flour
- ½ t salt
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients is a large Pyrex measuring cup and mix well
- Add the 2 C flour and the ½ t salt and mix and kneed to make dough
- Cover cup with saran wrap and let dough rise for 1 hour

- Gently re-mix and then scoop dough into a pastry bag
- Lightly oil a fry pan
- Squeeze dollops of the dough from the pastry bag into the fry pan
- Cook until golden brown on both sides
