Black Trumpet Truffle Salt

  • 2 T Dried Black Trumpet Mushrooms (Tuber melanosporum)
  • 2 C Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
  • 1 T Black Truffle Oil


  1. Powder the mushrooms in a food processor or with a mortar and pestle
  2. Add mushrooms and oils to salt
  3. Blend well in food processor (or by hand
  4. Place in 4 oz. container and label ($3.70 to $10.28 per oz)
