An easy to make, fall favorite.
Ingredients
- one 2 lb. bag of frozen diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 bag (2 cups) of grated Cheddar Chees
- 1 pound of fried, drained well, and crumbled Bacon ( or 1 Bag precooked Crumbled Bacon)
- 1 block of Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 packet of dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- two 10.5 oz. cans (or 1 large 22.5 oz. can) of Cream of Chicken soup
- 32 oz. box of Chicken Broth
- Parsley garnish (optional)
Directions
Over a Campfire
- Combine all ingredients in large pot
- Add Garlic Salt and coarse ground Pepper to taste
- Cook over low heat for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
At Home
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot (4 quart size)
- Add Garlic Salt and coarse ground Pepper to taste
- Cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours
