Ingredients:
- 2 C brown Cattail fluff (approx. 2 brown fuzzy heads)
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1/8 C milk
- 2 T of real Maple Syrup
- 1 t of Nutmeg
- 1 t of Black Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove cattail fluff from the heads by twisting
- Stir in eggs, butter, milk, maple syrup, ntneg and pepper
- Blend together in a food processor
- Pour evenly into a greased casserole dish
- Bake 20 minutes or until bubbles occur
- Remove from oven and then remove contents from casserole dish.
- “Tear” apart with a fork so it “looks like” pulled pork.
- Place a sliced onion in skillet over a medium heat and sprinkle with black pepper. and cook until onion is caramelized
- Add in the “Cattail Pulled Pork” and cook until hot
- Pour on barbecue sauce and serve
