Kit contains enough ingredients to make Mozzarella 30 times using our own easy recipe. The whole process takes ±30 minutes!!! All you need is milk from the grocery store.
This Mozzarella Cheese may also be made with powdered milk!  The included recipe booklet also includes recipe for quick and easy Ricotta.
